What are the applicable ranges of the fertilizer chain-type windrower?
Release time:2025-11-24 Views:28 Sources:Tai an Hongxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd

The fertilizer chain-type windrow turner, as a specialized equipment for slot-type aerobic fermentation, boasts core advantages such as deep turning, uniform oxygenation, and high processing efficiency. It is capable of handling materials with high moisture content and prone to clumping. Its application scope primarily revolves around "slot-type fermentation scenarios" and "organic fertilizer raw material types," specifically including the following categories of scenarios and materials:

1. Core Applicable Fermentation Scenarios

Large-scale organic fertilizer plants (mainstream scenario) are suitable for medium-sized organic fertilizer production enterprises with a daily processing capacity of 100-500 tons or large-scale production lines with an annual capacity of 10,000-20,000 tons (matching the high processing efficiency of chain-type turning machines). They require supporting concrete/steel structure fermentation tanks (width 3-6 meters, depth 1.2-2 meters, length customizable as needed), enabling vertical movement of equipment via tracks. Combined with transfer machines, it allows "one machine operating multiple tanks," reducing equipment investment.

Large-scale breeding bases (manure resource utilization) such as large pig farms, chicken farms, and cattle farms (with annual slaughter output exceeding 5,000 pigs or 100,000 egg-laying hens) generate substantial amounts of fresh manure (chicken manure, pig manure, cattle manure, etc.). Through trough fermentation, the manure is converted into organic fertilizer, addressing environmental discharge issues.  Advantages:  - Can directly process fresh manure with a moisture content of 60%-70% without prior sun-drying.  - Simultaneously reduces moisture and eliminates odors during turning and mixing.  - Shortens the fermentation cycle to 15-20 days.

The municipal sludge treatment project is suitable for the harmless disposal of dewatered sludge (moisture content 60%-80%) from urban wastewater treatment plants and dredged river sludge. Through belt aerobic fermentation, the sludge is converted into organic substrate (used for landscaping and soil improvement). Key feature: The "cutting and crushing + high-position scattering" function of the chain-type windrow turner can break up sludge clumps, prevent localized anaerobic conditions during fermentation that lead to foul odors, and meet environmental discharge requirements.

The agricultural waste resource utilization project focuses on agricultural by-products such as straw, rice husks, mushroom residues, and pharmaceutical residues, which are co-fermented with manure to produce compound organic fertilizers (e.g., straw + chicken manure, mushroom residues + pig manure with a specific fermentation ratio). Applicability: The chain plate teeth of the chain-type turning machine can effectively break down the coarse fibers of straw, promoting thorough contact between the material and microorganisms as well as air, thereby addressing the challenges of straw fermentation difficulty and long cycles.

Aerobic fermentation of organic waste such as kitchen waste (after sorting), garden dead branches and leaves, distillers grains, and vinegar residue in other trough-type fermentation scenarios, including garbage transfer stations. Production of organic substrates for mine re-greening and saline-alkali land improvement (via fermentation to modify the physicochemical properties of materials, meeting soil remediation requirements).
