The material manufacturing method adopts disc granulation, extrusion, and new granulation methods, because these three processes require high crushing fineness of the raw materials, high granulation moisture content, and generally a moisture content of about 30%. After opening, the particle moisture content is low, and the drying load is small, which can reduce the loss of effective bacteria, reduce dust, and have a good operating environment.
The raw materials enter the granulator, add an appropriate amount of water or steam, and bond into granules. After granulation, the materials are sent to the dryer through a belt conveyor for drying. The particle diameter is 3.0-4.0mm, and the granulation rate is greater than 70%.
