What are the types of horizontal mixing mixers for organic fertilizers

Organic fertilizer horizontal mixer refers to a mixing equipment with a horizontal installation of the mixing shaft. There are two commonly used types: single axis structure and double axis structure, both of which are used for mixing raw materials and auxiliary materials in the production of organic fertilizer products. This horizontal mixer mixes materials in a rolling and mixing state, which can make the material mix more evenly and achieve better results.

The difference between single axis and double axis structure organic fertilizer horizontal mixing mixers in use is whether there is continuity in the feeding and discharging of the mixed materials. The length of the mixing chamber of the single axis horizontal mixer is relatively short. When pouring and mixing materials, the chamber door needs to be closed. After mixing for a few minutes, the chamber door needs to be reopened to discharge the material; If it is a biaxial structure, there is no need for this. Due to the narrow body, it can be fed in at one end and discharged at the other end.

From the perspective of the internal structure of the mixer, the single axis horizontal mixing mixer adopts double screw belt mixing blades, which can mix materials to every level in the warehouse, including dead corners at the edges, etc., and mix evenly without leaving any residue. In addition, when mixing, close the compartment door so that after mixing for a few minutes in a limited space, the uniformity of the mixed material can be better ensured.

The organic fertilizer horizontal mixing mixer with a dual axis structure is completely different. Each shaft is equipped with mixing blades installed alternately. During mixing, the two shafts rotate synchronously, and the mixing blades rotate alternately to evenly mix the animal feed. The blades on the two shafts of the dual axis mixer are arranged in a spiral shape and fixed with bolts, allowing for adjustment of the angle according to the mixing situation, thus achieving good mixing effect.
