1. Rack section
The rack is made of carbon steel plate and channel steel welded together, and the manufacturing process strictly follows relevant technical standards to ensure structural stability and provide support for the stable operation of the equipment.
2. Transmission screening part
Adopting a combined screening method, power is transmitted to the main shaft through transmission wheels and couplings, and the screening device is fixed on the main shaft cage. After the material enters from the feeding end, it rotates and grades in the roller cage, and is evenly discharged from the discharge port, achieving the separation of finished products and return materials and reducing manual operation intensity.
3. Transmission connection part
The motor drives the spindle to operate through pulleys, V-belts, and reducers. The gearbox reducer is connected to the main engine using a pin coupling, which facilitates the installation and later maintenance of the equipment.
