Core Features of Organic Fertilizer Dryer
Release time:2025-10-15 Views:14 Sources:Tai an Hongxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd

Organic fertilizer raw materials (such as livestock manure, straw, and food waste) have high moisture content (60%-70%), contain live bacteria, and are prone to clumping after fermentation. Therefore, the dryer must be specifically designed to address these characteristics

Low-temperature drying: The hot air temperature is strictly controlled between 80-120°C to prevent high temperatures from damaging organic matter (such as humic acid) and functional live bacteria (such as Bacillus subtilis) in the organic fertilizer.

Anti-sticking Structure: The drying drum is equipped with special paddles or scrapers to reduce the adhesion of wet organic fertilizer to the drum wall, ensuring uniform heating of the material and preventing localized clumping.

Odor Control: Some models (such as drum dryers) feature a sealed design, combined with exhaust gas deodorization equipment, to minimize the dispersion of ammonia and rotten odors during the drying process, meeting environmental protection requirements.
