Working Principle of the Rotary Coating Machine

The main motor drives the belt and pulley, transmitting power to the drive shaft via the reducer. The split-type gear mounted on the drive shaft meshes with the fixed large gear ring on the machine body, driving the rotation of the drum. Fertilizer particles are fed from the inlet end, continuously rolling inside the drum. Meanwhile, the coating solution is atomized by a high-pressure nozzle and sprayed onto the particle surfaces, or the powder is evenly adhered through a powder feeding system. The collisions and friction between particles ensure uniform coating material coverage on the surfaces. The coated particles are then discharged from the opposite end of the drum.

Features of the Rotary Coating Machine

Excellent coating effect: By controlling the rotation speed and spray volume, it ensures uniform coating thickness, forming a consistent protective film on the surface of fertilizer particles.

High corrosion resistance: The cylinder body is lined with special rubber plates or acid-resistant stainless steel linings, offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance with a long service life.

Easy operation and maintenance: The overall structure is designed rationally, with the support frame made of corrosion-resistant and durable materials. Additionally, lifting hooks are installed at the four corners of the roller frame for convenient loading, unloading, and transportation.
