Installation, Construction, and Operation & Maintenance Notes for Large-Scale Complete Organic Fertilizer Production Equipment with an Annual Capacity of 300,000 Tons
Release time:2026-01-09 Views:29 Sources:Tai an Hongxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd

The annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of organic fertilizer production line is a large-scale, intelligent equipment system, primarily processing raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, food waste, and industrial organic waste. It employs core processes of high-temperature aerobic fermentation and deep processing granulation, featuring high production capacity, low energy consumption, and compliance with environmental standards. It is suitable for professional organic fertilizer production enterprises, supporting projects for large-scale breeding groups, or urban and rural organic waste resource utilization projects.

Plant Layout and Installation Requirements

Land area: approximately 80-100 acres (fermentation zone accounts for 50%, deep processing zone accounts for 30%, and storage zone accounts for 20%);

Foundation treatment: Heavy-duty equipment such as dryers and pelletizers requires reinforced concrete foundations (bearing capacity ≥20t/m²);

Layout Principle: The fermentation area and deep processing zone are arranged separately, with raw material transportation using belt conveyors to minimize transfer costs.

2. Key Points of Operation and Maintenance Management

Equipment Maintenance: Lubricate the chains and bearings of the windrower every 15 days; regularly replace the screen of the crusher and the liners of the pellet mill;

Fermentation control: Strictly regulate the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio of raw materials (25:1-30:1) and moisture content (60-65%) to prevent incomplete fermentation;

Safety Management: Open flames are strictly prohibited in the fermentation area, and explosion-proof fans must be installed. Electrical equipment should be protected against rain and moisture.
