In the production of organic fertilizers, the crusher plays a crucial role. Now, I will introduce the organic fertilizer crusher and its applications, including vertical crushers, horizontal crushers, and straw crushers. By understanding these crushers, you can select equipment that meets your production needs, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of organic fertilizer production.

1. Vertical Crusher

The vertical crusher is a common and versatile machine widely used in organic fertilizer production. Featuring a 2-layer chain + 3-layer blade design, its five-stage crushing structure enhances material pulverization efficiency, achieving granulation requirements. It accommodates material moisture levels of 25%-55%, effectively addressing the challenge of crushing high-moisture materials.

2. Horizontal crusher

The horizontal crusher is suitable for materials with a moisture content of 20%-60% and is widely used for crushing biological organic materials, grass peat, municipal solid waste, industrial organic waste, and fermented poultry and livestock manure. Featuring a multi-blade design and a two-stage crushing system with upper and lower dual-pole rotors, it achieves high material crushing efficiency. The bidirectional clearance adjustment technology allows for continued use by simply moving the position of worn hammer plates.

3. Straw Crusher

The auxiliary materials for organic fertilizers are primarily various biomass raw materials, such as branches and straw. To enhance fermentation efficiency, the auxiliary materials need to be crushed and pre-treated. Therefore, a straw crusher is essential. The straw crusher has a small footprint and is easy to move. It features a standard stainless steel screen, allowing the finished material to be controlled in size according to the screen aperture, making it user-friendly.

When selecting a crusher, three factors should be considered:

1. Raw Material Characteristics: Consider factors such as hardness, moisture content, and fiber content.

2. Capacity Demand: Select the appropriate crusher model and specifications based on production scale and anticipated capacity requirements. Different crushers have varying processing capacities and efficiencies.

3. Equipment Cost and Maintenance: Consider the purchase cost, energy consumption, and maintenance expenses of the equipment. Choosing a high-performance and reliable machine can reduce production costs and extend the equipments service life.
