     1. Drawing the basic lines: Draw the cross lines and elevation lines correctly on the basic plate. The center plate should be embedded in a way that is convenient for use, accurate, and ensures that it is not covered after the machine base is installed.

     2. Installing the base and roller: Level the position of the sizing block, mark the centerlines of the base and roller, and according to the drawing requirements, accurately locate the installation positions of the base and roller. Level and align them. First, grout the foundation holes. When the concrete reaches a certain strength, tighten the anchor bolts. After rechecking and confirming they are qualified, install the sand dryer cylinder.

     3. Installing the cylinder and rolling ring: First, install the rolling ring on the cylinder. When securing, the required concave joints should be arranged alternately in a positive and negative manner. Adjust the thickness of the sizing block to maintain a corresponding gap between the rolling ring and the concave joint. Do not make them uniform, and spot weld the bolt heads of the concave joints to the inside of the cylinder.

     4. Installing the large gear: Before installation, check the mating surface interface for any signs of collision. Clean the contact surface between the large gear and the cylinder, then carefully align the two halves of the gear and tighten the interface bolts to install the large gear on the cylinder. Rotate the cylinder to check the radial runout and lateral swing of the large gear until it is properly aligned.

     5. Install the pinion gear, reducer, and motor: Based on the already installed large gear, adjust the meshing parameters of the large and small gears to meet the specified requirements of the equipment, fix the position of the pinion gear, reducer, and motor.

     6. Install the gear cover: Ensure it is evenly spaced from the edge of the gear.
