Release time:2026-05-06 Views:12 Sources:Tai an Hongxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd

The hopper scoops materials from the lower storage and lifts them to the top via a conveyor belt or chain. After bypassing the top wheel, it flips downward, and the bucket elevator pours the materials into the receiving hopper. For belt-driven bucket elevators, the transmission belt is typically made of rubber and installed on the drive drum (below or above) and the deflection drums (top and bottom). Chain-driven bucket elevators usually have two parallel drive chains, with a pair of drive sprockets on the upper or lower side and a pair of deflection sprockets on the opposite side. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with a casing to prevent dust dispersion within the unit.

Bucket elevator: Suitable for lifting materials from low to high levels. The supply material is fed into the hopper via a vibrating feeder, after which the machine automatically operates continuously to transport the material upward.
