Taian Hongxin Environmental Technology Explains Maintenance Precautions for Dryers
The machined surfaces on the two bearing bases are on the same plane, with a spacing tolerance of 1mm, a longitudinal line non-parallelism deviation of 0.5mm, and a lateral line deviation of 0.5mm per meter.
2. The spherical contact surface of the bearing shell shall be evenly distributed, with no fewer than 1-2 points per 50×50mm². The contact surface between the hollow shaft and the bearing shall be 90°-100°, with no fewer than 2 points per square inch. The clearances on both sides of the journal and bearing shall be approximately equal.
3. The mating surfaces of the dryer drum flange and the front end cover shall ensure good contact, and no gaskets shall be added. The coaxiality deviation of the two hollow shafts shall be less than 0.8mm. During the alignment and assembly of the large gear ring and the drum end cover, the thrust shall be secured, and the positioning pin shall be installed properly. The radial swing of the gear ring shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the axial swing shall not exceed 0.84mm. (Dryer Price)
4. When installing the dryer equipment lining plate, the end cover should be installed first. The drum lining plate should start from the feed end and be assembled according to the requirements. All screws must be evenly tightened to prevent leakage. There should be no gaps in the rubber lining plate fit, and any gaps must be sealed with sponge.
5. The pitch lines of the pinion and gear must be parallel, with a deviation of no more than 0.2mm per meter. The top clearance should be 1/4 of the module, and the side clearance should be 1.06 to 1.8mm. For dryer equipment, the contact area on the gear tooth surface must not be less than 50% of the tooth length and 40% of the tooth height
6. The transmission couplings of the gearbox, motor, and drive shaft should maintain a high degree of coaxiality, with a radial misalignment not exceeding 0.3mm and an angular misalignment less than 1/1000.
Scrapping Standards for Certain Wearable Parts of Organic Fertilizer Drying Equipment:
1. The bearing bush wear exceeds one-third of its thickness.
2. The wear on the pinion surface should not exceed 30% of the tooth thickness. For the large gear ring, if the wear on the tooth surface exceeds 25% of the tooth thickness, it can be repaired by grinding. However, it should be scrapped when the wear reaches half of the tooth thickness.
3. The distortion deformation of the gear ring rim shall not exceed 7.5mm.
4. Replace the hollow shaft when grooves, scars, or partial wear-through on the inner surface cause deformation, cracks, or other conditions.
