Processing organic fertilizers first involves fermenting and maturing straw through a composting and turning machine to produce organic fertilizer, which is then applied to the soil. This continuously replenishes the soil with organic matter, and has a deeper significance for the soil and crops compared to using chemical fertilizers alone.
Fermentation to produce organic fertilizer requires a suitable carbon to nitrogen ratio. Fermented straw can be crushed into rice, wheat, or corn stalks using a straw grinder, mixed with animal manure and fermentation agents, and then stacked in a fermentation tank for fermentation. During this process, organic fertilizer flipping equipment needs to be used to evenly flip the materials to maintain a suitable temperature and oxygen content, which is more conducive to the fermentation process.
A flat die granulator is used to produce granules through the coordinated extrusion of internal pressure rollers and mold discs. When working, materials are fed into the feeding port and evenly dispersed between the pressure roller and the mold plate. The main shaft rotates to drive the pressure roller to continuously press the materials into the holes of the mold plate. In this way, the materials are forcibly squeezed into cylindrical strips and become particles of appropriate length under the cutting of the cutter. Here, a polishing machine can also be equipped as needed to polish cylindrical particles into round spherical particles.
The flat mold granulator adopts the principle of forced extrusion granulation, so the moisture requirements for the raw materials cannot be too high. If the viscosity of the raw materials is not enough, the molding rate of granular fertilizers made by the granulator will be relatively low. Some humic acid and clay can be added to help with the molding and storage of organic fertilizers. The mold plate adopts a porous structure, which can produce various equipment according to production requirements. Forced extrusion granulation will cause certain wear and tear on vulnerable parts of the machine, mainly the mold disc and pressure roller. In actual use, maintenance and replacement are also very convenient.
