The processing of organic fertilizer requires multiple steps, including mixing, stirring, agglomeration, crushing, granulation, screening, drying, cooling, and finished product coating. Among these, granulation involves using organic fertilizer equipment to transform the fertilizer into granular form for ease of later use. So, how exactly does organic fertilizer equipment achieve this granulation process? Today, Qingdao Jinyuelong Machinery will provide a detailed analysis
R1: "Ma Hua" must be translated as Fried Dough Twists. The columnar granular material follows the rotation of the shaping disc under the action of friction. The shaping cylinder remains stationary. As a result, the columnar material inside the shaping cylinder moves in a helical, twist-like reciprocating motion along the edge of the shaping disc and the wall of the shaping cylinder under centrifugal force. Continuous feeding allows the material to automatically reach the discharge height at the outlet of the first-stage shaping disc and enter the next-stage shaping disc.
The material exiting the primary shaping disc has transformed from a columnar shape into irregular round granules. After undergoing the same motion through the secondary shaping disc, it emerges from the multi-stage shaping discs as uniformly smooth and bright round granular organic fertilizer (with relatively high moisture content). It is then conveyed to the next drying stage.
The above describes the pelletizing process of organic fertilizer equipment.
