Solid raw material dissolution tank: For solid raw materials such as potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, and trace element crystals, they are dissolved into a solution by stirring with water. The tank is equipped with a heating device (to accelerate dissolution) and a filtering component (to remove impurities). Bag filters and precision filters: remove particulate impurities and suspended solids from raw materials, avoid blockages in subsequent pipelines or equipment, and ensure product purity. 2、 The core reaction and blending system achieves precise mixing, reaction, and nutrient blending of raw materials, which is a key link in determining product quality. The main body of the reaction kettle/mixing tank is a stainless steel stirring tank, equipped with a variable frequency stirrer (to ensure uniform mixing of materials), temperature sensor, and pH meter (to monitor the acidity and alkalinity in real time, adjusted by adding acidity and alkalinity regulators). Some production lines (such as humic acid fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer) require the addition of heating/cooling jackets to control the reaction temperature (such as 50-80 ℃ for humic acid activation). Electromagnetic flowmeter and turbine flowmeter for measuring and batching equipment: accurately measuring the amount of liquid raw materials added. Weighing module: Cooperate with solid material bin to achieve quantitative feeding of solid raw materials. Automatic valve group: Through PLC control system linkage, raw materials are automatically proportioned according to the formula. 3、 The sterilization and purification system is designed for organic liquid fertilizers (such as amino acid fertilizers, manure fermentation liquids) or fertilizers containing bacteria, to remove harmful microorganisms or miscellaneous bacteria. UV sterilizer: destroys microbial DNA through UV irradiation, suitable for low concentration organic liquid fertilizers, with no residue. Pasteurization unit: Heat the liquid to 60-80 ℃ and keep it warm for a certain period of time (such as 30 minutes) to kill pathogenic and spoilage bacteria, suitable for organic material liquids. Membrane filtration system: using microfiltration membranes (0.1-1 μ m) or ultrafiltration membranes to separate large molecular impurities such as bacteria and colloids, while retaining effective ingredients, suitable for precision purification needs. 4、 Homogenization and emulsification system (optional) is used for liquid fertilizers containing suspended particles or colloids to enhance product stability and avoid layered precipitation. *Shear homogenizer: By the high-speed shearing of the rotor and stator, the particles are crushed to the micrometer level to evenly disperse the material liquid (such as liquid fertilizer containing humic acid particles). Colloidal mill: Grinding and refining viscous materials, suitable for homogenization treatment of colloidal fertilizers (such as alginate fertilizers). 5、 The finished product storage and temporary storage system is used to temporarily store qualified liquid materials that have been prepared and are waiting for filling. Finished product storage tank: The capacity is designed according to the production scale, equipped with a mixing device (to prevent static stratification), a sampling port (for finished product testing), and a liquid level control system (linked filling process). Some production lines will be equipped with buffer tanks to balance the flow fluctuations during filling and ensure filling stability. 6、 The filling and packaging system quantitatively fills the finished liquid fertilizer into packaging containers (such as plastic bottles, pots, buckets) and completes sealing and labeling. Filling machine: Select the type according to the packaging specifications, such as small: atmospheric pressure self flow filling machine, piston filling machine (suitable for 500ml-5L small packaging). Large scale: gravity filling machine, flow meter filling machine (suitable for 10L-200L large barrel packaging). Fully automatic production lines are usually equipped with servo driven filling machines to achieve precise quantification (error ≤ ± 1%). Auxiliary equipment: Bottle sorting machine: automatically sorts empty bottles and transports them to the filling station. Capping machine/capping machine: completes bottle mouth sealing (screw cap, anti-theft cap, etc.). Labeling machine: Automatically paste product labels (including production date, nutrient content, and other information). Inkjet printer: Spray traceability codes or production batch numbers on packaging. 7、 The control system achieves automated operation of the production line, ensuring process stability and product consistency. PLC control system: The core control unit integrates sensor signals (temperature, pH, liquid level, flow rate) to automatically control the start stop, parameter adjustment (such as mixing speed, heating temperature), and fault alarm of various equipment. Human Machine Interface (HMI): Operators can set recipe parameters, monitor production processes, view real-time data, and historical records through a touch screen. 8、 Auxiliary system water supply system: including raw water storage tank, water softener (to remove calcium and magnesium ions and avoid material liquid precipitation), booster pump, etc., providing production water. Steam/heating systems, such as steam generators and electric heating devices, provide heat sources for dissolution, reaction, and sterilization processes. Wastewater treatment system: Collect wastewater from cleaning equipment, treat it through sedimentation tanks, filtration, and other simple methods, and reuse or discharge it in compliance with standards (especially for wastewater containing * salt and * organic matter).
