Introduction to the production process of organic fertilizer from poultry and livestock manure using rotary drum granulation technology:
Transport the processed animal manure (cow manure, sheep manure, chicken manure, pig manure, duck manure, etc.) directly to the raw material bin (or raw material mixer).
Transported into the rotary drum granulator and simultaneously supplied with saturated steam (or water), the material forms a rolling material bed through the friction generated by the rotation of the rotary drum granulator. The squeezing force generated by rolling causes the material containing * * liquid phase to aggregate into small particles, which become the core and adhere to the surrounding powder to form qualified particles.
Transported to the organic fertilizer dryer for heat exchange with the heat from the hot blast stove.
Transported to the thermal screening for particle sorting, the fine particles are directly returned to the rotary drum granulator as the core to continue participating in particle adhesion and ball formation.
The screened semi-finished particles are transported to the organic fertilizer cooler and cooled by natural or forced cold air.
Transported to the finished product screening machine, the large particles are crushed by the crusher and returned to the rotary drum granulator for further ball formation.
The qualified products after screening are transported to the coating machine for coating treatment.
Transport to the fully automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging, and storage.
Drying, cooling, and workshop dust are discharged after passing through three levels of treatment including cyclone dust collector, labyrinth dust removal chamber, and wet scrubbing to meet the standard.
The production of organic fertilizer from poultry and livestock manure using the rotary drum granulation process has the following advantages:
Steam is introduced into the material layer inside the drum to increase the temperature of the granulation material, dissolve the salts of the granulation material, and achieve high liquid phase volume at low moisture content to meet the liquid phase volume required for material granulation, while reducing the evaporation water in the drying process.
The inner wall of the drum is lined with several soft rubber plates or polypropylene plates, and there are corresponding ventilation holes on the cylinder body. When the inner lining rotates from bottom to top along with the cylinder body, it will sag due to its own weight, causing the material adhered to the inner lining to fall down due to gravity, achieving the function of automatic cleaning of the material.
During operation, operators can observe the formation of material balls at any time and take corresponding measures as needed to ensure the normal operation of the system.
